Having a career encompassing multiple industries and Cultures, also supporting clients with differing challenges, it has become clear that the traditional “Boiler Plating Processes” of many of the leading Consultancy organisations does not deliver the optimal outcome for organisations especially Post COVID-19. To simply apply a singular solution to a broad and diverse marketplace does not deliver solutions that fit with both Culture, needs and long-term strategies for individual organisations, their Board nor the Shareholders.

Here at Shanarei, my associates and I understand the need to treat each organisation as an “Individual” and by meeting with Senior Management and Boards, seek to understand the Culture and specific needs in order to work collaboratively towards tailoring a sustainable and agile solution that aligns and delivers the aspirations, Culture  and goals for both the Supply Chain and Property Portfolios.
