Stephen Rowe

Stephen is a proven Procurement and Supply Chain Management Executive with a track record of resounding success in critical business-driver roles within multinational companies. His expertise has been applied to organisations with revenues of AU$3B+, overseen operations employing tens of thousands of staff across global growth markets in Asia, Europe, USA and Indo Pacific. 

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in executing strategies that optimise organisational financial performance, increase efficiency & cash-flows, drive continuous improvement and align with organisational goals and vision. He has the natural ability to engage, inspire and lead cross-functional teams internationally to uplift corporate performance.

Recognised as an accomplished transformationalist, he generates high levels of stakeholder engagement through astute leadership and team building, consolidating business relationships, and executing to deliver goals and objectives through incisive operational and change management.

Stephen has an MBA from Warwick University, is a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
